THE QCTO CAN VERIFY TRADE CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES/DEPARTMENTS:

  • Department of Manpower/Labour
  • Department of Higher Education and Training
  • QCTO
  • Former homelands (TBVC)- Transkei
    – Venda
    – Bophuthatswana
    – Ciskei

With regard to certificates issued by a SETA, please contact the SETA directly for verification. To manage the verification process effectively, the QCTO has implemented approved processes and procedures for the verification of certificates.

Should you require information on the process and procedure for registration as a QCTO verification client as well as information on registered clients to assist with your need for verification of a certificate on your behalf, please forward your request to  by completing the online registration and request form.
